We are building the next-generation technology layer for credit unions. www.blossom.net We are looking for an Implementation Engineer to join our team, responsible for configuring and deploying our digital banking platform for new clients. You will work at the intersection of technology and client delivery, ensuring successful integrations, smooth go-lives, and high-quality implementations. About the Role As an Implementation Engineer on our Core team, you will own the full implementation lifecycle of our digital banking platform from initial configuration to client go-live. This is a hands-on technical role where you'll work with TypeScript, PostgreSQL, REST APIs, GraphQL, and AWS to configure, integrate, and validate deployments across web and mobile environments, including iOS and Android app releases through the App Store and Google Play. You'll be a key player during UAT and go-live phases, identifying and resolving issues quickly while collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, and Project Management. Beyond execution, you'll document processes, spot automation opportunities, and help strengthen our implementation practice from the inside. If you're someone who can write a SQL query, dig into CloudWatch logs, and explain a technical constraint to a non-technical stakeholder — all in the same afternoon — this role is for you. Responsibilities Configure and implement digital banking platforms for new clients end-to-end Manage mobile app deployments (iOS & Android) through App Store and Google Play Support system integrations using REST APIs and GraphQL Work with TypeScript, SQL, and AWS for configuration and troubleshooting Identify and resolve technical issues during UAT and go-live phases Monitor system performance and validate implementations post-deployment Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Project Management teams Document implementation processes, configurations, and technical decisions Provide technical support during client-facing implementation windows Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and automation Mentor junior team members and share implementation best practices Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field 3+ years of experience in software engineering, implementation roles, technical support, or similar positions Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality during implementation and validation processes Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills — comfortable working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Availability to support critical go-live activities and client implementation windows when required Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining accountability for deliverables Adaptability to changing priorities and evolving client requirements Technical Skills Required: TypeScript / JavaScript PostgreSQL — queries and data validation REST APIs and GraphQL integrations AWS — CloudWatch, console navigation Mobile app release cycles (App Store & Google Play) Project tracking and documentation tools (Jira, Confluence) Nice to have: React or React Native Python and scripting/automation tools WSDL and batch file processing Cloud platform certifications Experience in Fintech or Banking implementations Perks 100% Remote work Compensation in USD Flexible working hours (results-oriented, not time-based) Paid time off (PTO) Learning & development budget (courses, certifications, events) Work with international teams and global products High ownership and autonomy in product decisions Opportunity to grow into Lead / Head of Product roles Access to AI tools and innovation-driven environment Apply Now!
