Our Payments team delivers the services that millions of customers rely on every day. From modernising payment platforms and improving customer journeys to implementing regulatory change and enhancing operational resilience, we play a key role in keeping money moving safely and securely.
We're looking for a Business Analyst to join our Payments team and support the delivery of impactful change initiatives. You'll work closely with stakeholders across the business to analyse requirements, improve processes and help deliver solutions that support both customer and business outcomes.

The working hours (per week) for this role can be between 28 and 35 hours.

For this role, you'll be based at your nearest regional office or hub. We value time spent together to connect with colleagues for collaboration so there will be a regular requirement to attend our Swindon site approximately once per month . If you are based at an office location, you'll be expected to meet our hybrid working requirement of at least two days a week, or 40% of your working time if part-time, in the office.
