Daily collaboration with Development team to be aligned on the requirements and technical solutions. Define and describe functional and non-functional requirements to drive product evaluation. Create and maintain Confluence documentation, Jira Epics and Stories. Manage Product and Sprint Backlog. Maintain requirements in case of any change requests and during all phases of SDLC. Conduct and manage Sprint Demo meetings. 📌 Requirements: 3+ years of experience as a BA or Product Owner. We are looking for a BA who is an expert in BE & FE requirements, familiar with multi-actor requirements specification (administrator, end-user, etc.), and understands the purpose and structure of relational and non-relational databases. 📌 Hard Skills Requirements elicitation. Requirements documentation (User Stories, Use Cases, UML and BPMN diagrams, wireframes and prototypes modeling, UI elements specification). Backlog prioritization based on business needs. Requirements CRUD operations.
