Procurement Engineer

General Description of Duties and Responsibilities Supplier Sourcing and Supplier Resource Management Contribution to the company's cost reduction and cost management Industry benchmark building and optimization Management of Supplier Performance and Regular Communication Procurement Policy and Strategy Organizing and Development Supplier Negotiation and Internal Process Optimization Internal Procurement Process Training Cooperation with the Engineering Delivery Project Team Organization of Project Bidding and Contract Management Internal Customer Satisfaction Management Project Team, Engineering Departments etc. Candidate Requirements Bachelor's Degree or above in any related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in Engineering Project Delivery or Procurement. Knowledge of Engineering includes but is not limited to Telecommunication equipment installation service , Managed service, FTTx, Data Center , etc. Strong result-oriented, willing to dedicate to work, and proactive in engagement. Eager to learn, and learning by doing. Have strong communication and presentation skills. Able to work in a challenging fast and pressure environment. A good command of English and Chinese is a plus.
