Senior Go Developer

Scale faster. Grow smarter. Right now, we’re looking for a Senior Go Developer to join our Product & Engineering Team and help build a scalable lead generation platform. Key Responsibilities: - Break business cases into well-scoped tasks and deliver them end to end. - Build features in an AI-first workflow, guiding AI tools toward the right solution. - Make architectural decisions and keep code quality high through thorough code review. - Design and evolve backend services and the overall platform architecture. - Work with PostgreSQL: data modeling, query optimization, migrations. - Collaborate with marketing and product teams to understand how traffic is acquired and monetized. Requirements: - 4+ years of commercial backend development experience - Experience with Go, or a strong background in another backend language and readiness to work in Go - Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL - Deep understanding of software architecture: SOLID, GRASP, design patterns, and development approaches - Comfortable working with AI coding tools and critically evaluating generated code - English level of B2 or higher Nice to Have: - Experience in marketing, AdTech, or lead generation What We Offer - Fully remote work - Competitive compensation - Flexible working hours: we start our operation day between 9:00 - 11:00 CET - All necessary equipment - Paid vacation and sick leaves - Company events and multiple internal activities - Open feedback and transparent direct communication
