Position Overview: company is seeking a seasoned and strategic Head of Operations to lead and oversee the operational functions of the company. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in optimizing processes, enhancing efficiency, and ensuring the overall success of company's operations. Responsibilities: Operational Strategy: Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize operational efficiency and meet organizational goals. Collaborate with senior leadership to align operational strategies with the company's overall objectives. Evaluate and streamline operational processes to enhance productivity and reduce costs. Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to achieve operational excellence. Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary operations team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability. Establish clear goals and objectives, regularly assess team performance, and provide constructive feedback. Oversee the end-to-end supply chain, ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement, production, and distribution of company's products. Collaborate with suppliers and logistics partners to optimize supply chain operations. Work closely with the quality assurance team to maintain and improve product quality and compliance with industry standards. Implement and enforce quality control measures throughout the production and distribution processes. Manage and allocate resources efficiently, including personnel, equipment, and facilities. Monitor and control operational budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness and financial sustainability. Identify potential operational risks and develop mitigation strategies to safeguard business continuity. Implement robust contingency plans for unforeseen disruptions in operations. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in a senior operations management role, preferably in the nutrition or pharmaceutical industry. Strong leadership and team management skills. Comprehensive knowledge of supply chain management, logistics, and quality assurance. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to make strategic decisions in a dynamic business environment.
