Senior Software Engineer (Java)

You will join a global initiative developing Business Capacity Management applications — internal systems designed to optimize global frameworks and controls. As part of the Java Business Services team, you’ll work closely with international teams located in Poland and Germany, contributing to the design and enhancement of microservices architecture, while leading modernization initiatives towards Google Cloud Platform . Proven ability to design and implement microservices and RESTful APIs. Hands-on experience with Spring Boot and modern Java frameworks. Knowledge of DevOps principles and CI/CD tooling. Strong communication skills and an analytical mindset. Fluent in English (C1); German is a plus. Experience with Angular or willingness to work in a full-stack environment.
