Technical Interview Analyst

Job Description  Attention to detail is essential for a technical Interview analyst because they are responsible for analyzing data and finding patterns in it. Problem-solving skills are also important because technical analysts often have to solve complex issues that arise in their projects Responsibilities: Monitor and observe interviews daily and note down the insights and provide feedback to students and curriculum team Provide comprehensive feedback to students, highlighting strengths and areas for improvement. Maintain accurate records of assessments and feedback sessions. Create detailed report cards that encapsulate students' interview performances. Coordinate with student in-charges to ensure effective implementation of training plans Requirements and Skills: Alignment to the company's vision and culture Proven experience in technical coaching, training, or a related field. Exceptional analytical skills and ability to communicate effectively. Ability to provide constructive feedback in a supportive manner. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
