Senior AI-Native Full-Stack Developer

We are looking for a Senior AI-Native Full-Stack Developer to join remote team and work on a long-term project for a client in the real estate industry. Remote | Full-time | Long-term engagement | Start ASAP | Preferred candidate location: EU Client: Real Estate Domain We are building an AI-native delivery team that ships working software in days, not quarters. You will combine strong full-stack engineering and architecture skills with an AI-first development workflow , using tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, Replit, v0, Lovable, Bolt, or similar. What You'll Do Build and deploy end-to-end applications across frontend, backend, databases, APIs, and cloud infrastructure. Architect applications and make pragmatic technical decisions. Lead development patterns, coding standards, and best practices. Own projects end-to-end, from A to Z . Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance. Build AI-powered features such as AI search, document processing, summarization, workflow automation, and agentic experiences. Use AI for coding, debugging, testing, refactoring, and documentation. Ensure security, data protection, authentication/authorization, secure API design, and safe handling of AI-generated code and data . Balance speed of prototyping with code quality, security, maintainability, and production readiness. Work closely with the integration engineering team when solutions move toward production. Requirements 5+ years of software development experience. 5+ years of application architecture experience. 5+ years establishing coding patterns and engineering practices. 5+ years conducting code reviews. 5+ years leading projects end-to-end. Strong experience with modern web technologies: React/Vue, Node.js/Python, databases, APIs, and cloud platforms . Experience with platforms such as Vercel, Railway, Supabase, or similar . Strong understanding of application security and secure development practices . Daily experience with AI coding assistants such as Claude Code, Cursor, or similar. Required: Portfolio of AI-built products shipped within the last 90 days. Strong ability to distinguish between prototype-quality and production-ready solutions. Nice to Have PropTech, real estate, or operations-focused product experience. Experience taking AI-assisted prototypes into production. Experience with LLMs, RAG, AI agents, or automation workflows. German language skills.
