Sales Executive | Business Development Executive | PPE Sales Specialist | Jobs in Dubai Location: Dubai / Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates Industry: Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) / Industrial Safety Solutions Reports To: Regional Sales Manager / Head of Sales Salary (tax-free): Competitive base + commission (based on performance) About the Role Our client is a leading provider of PPE and industrial safety equipment across the UAE. They are seeking a proactive and well-connected Sales Executive to expand their footprint in the construction and oil & gas sectors . This role is ideal for someone who combines deep market knowledge with strong client-facing skills and a proven ability to close high-value deals in technical B2B environments. Key Responsibilities Develop and close new business opportunities across construction, oil & gas, and industrial sectors . Build and nurture relationships with procurement teams, HSE managers, and decision-makers . Promote a full range of PPE and industrial safety solutions aligned with local regulations and safety standards. Conduct on-site visits, client meetings, and product demos to understand technical needs. Own the entire sales lifecycle from lead generation to negotiation, proposal, and closing. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Track competitor activity, pricing, and market trends to refine positioning. Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance and pipeline status. Collaborate with logistics and technical teams to ensure delivery and client satisfaction. Represent the company at industry exhibitions and networking events. Candidate Requirements Minimum 3 years of sales experience in PPE, safety equipment, MEP, or industrial products . Existing network in the UAE construction and/or oil & gas industries . Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve or exceed sales targets . Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Valid UAE driving license is mandatory. Strong understanding of UAE procurement processes and tendering cycles. Tech-savvy with CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency. Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently. Education Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (preferred). Sales certifications or industry-specific training is a plus.
