WE ARE HIRING: Zoho Applications Support Analyst Location: Colombo 15, Sri Lanka Employment Type: Full-Time Work Arrangement: Hybrid Industry: Technology & Logistics Solutions About the Role Our client is seeking a highly motivated Zoho Applications Support Analyst to support, optimize, and enhance its Zoho ecosystem. The successful candidate will play a key role in administering Zoho applications, developing automation solutions, supporting integrations, and delivering data-driven insights that improve operational efficiency and business performance. This role is ideal for a professional with strong Zoho expertise, analytical capabilities, and a passion for process automation and digital transformation. Key Responsibilities Administer and configure Zoho applications, including Zoho CRM, Zoho Desk, Zoho Analytics, and Zoho Creator. Develop and maintain automations using Zoho Deluge scripting to streamline ticketing, escalation, reporting, and operational workflows. Configure workflow rules, blueprints, SLAs, and custom modules to support business requirements. Provide day-to-day support for platform issues, user access management, integrations, and third-party API connections. Analyze operational and service data to generate dashboards, reports, and actionable business insights. Support AI-assisted service initiatives, including chatbot and automation solutions within the Zoho ecosystem. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into effective Zoho configurations. Ensure effective integration and information flow across multiple systems and applications. Maintain documentation for workflows, customizations, system configurations, and standard operating procedures. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance platform performance and user experience. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline. Minimum 2 years of experience in Zoho development, administration, or a related role. Strong proficiency in Zoho Deluge scripting, including custom functions, webhooks, and scheduled functions. Hands-on experience with Workflow Rules, Blueprints, Zoho Flow, Orchestly, and process automation. Strong Microsoft Excel and data analysis skills. Familiarity with Business Intelligence and dashboarding tools. Experience working with REST and SOAP APIs. Exposure to Zoho Zia (Zoho AI) or SalesIQ chatbot/bot-flow implementation will be an added advantage. Zoho certifications such as Deluge Certified Developer, Creator Certified Developer, or CRM Administrator will be advantageous. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with global stakeholders. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
