HPAL Supply Chain Management Manager

Position Overview: The HPAL Supply Chain Management Manager will be responsible for managing end-to-end supply chain activities (procurement, inventory, and logistics) to ensure the optimal, efficient, and timely availability of goods and services. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement supply chain strategies to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations Source and procure materials, equipment, and services from local and international suppliers Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to ensure favorable terms and conditions Manage inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of materials to support production activities Monitor and analyze supply chain performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, logistics providers, and internal departments Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant regulations and standards Lead and develop a team of supply chain professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals and objectives. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field Minimum of 7 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in the petrochemical, chemical, or cement manufacturing industry Strong knowledge of sourcing, procurement, logistics, and inventory management principles Experience in negotiating contracts and managing supplier relationships Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong leadership and communication skills Fluent in English and Mandarin. Willing to be placed in Morowali, Central Sulawesi.
