Head of Growth

The client is a leading Online Travel Agency (OTA) in Poland with 18 years in the market, offering competitive AI tools and a popular mobile app. They are hiring a Head of Growth to own the full Polish P&L and drive end-to-end commercial outcomes across all acquisition channels. This role exists to capture more market share by leveraging a deep, native understanding of Polish consumer behavior. Required Native Polish speaker currently based in Poland. Verifiable track record of growing a company or brand in the Polish market, demonstrated by specific revenue or booking metrics. Direct ownership of a growth P&L and performance marketing budgets (SEM/PPC, SEO, paid social). Experience managing and developing a marketing team.
