Business Analyst with Agentic Coding Experience

We’re looking for a mid-level Business Analyst to help design custom business systems and automate processes, using AI coding agents to prototype and build solutions Responsibilities Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement and automation Gather requirements and translate them into workflows, concepts and tasks Build solutions using AI coding agents Work with clients, stakeholders and developers to deliver solutions that meet business needs Requirements Experience in business analysis and solution design 6+ months of hands-on agentic coding experience with tools such as Claude Code, Codex, or Cursor Understanding of APIs, integrations, and the software development lifecycle Strong analytical and communication skills English B2 or above
