About the job The IB is undertaking a major digital transformation, re-shaping the digital landscape of our IB ecosystem in order to enable our learning community to flourish in the AI age. The Director of Product Management is an IB product leader accountable for translating strategic intent, customer needs and technology investment into coherent, outcome-focused digital products and services. This role provides enterprise-level product leadership for the Schools and Educators domain, ensuring that product strategy, prioritisation , roadmaps and lifecycle decisions are aligned to the highest-impact outcomes for the IB’s 2M+ students, 6,000+ schools and 70,000+ educators across 160 countries. This role has enterprise accountability for the product management discipline across digital products serving educators, school groups, school districts and government customers, working closely with engineering, UX, data, IT, digital partnerships, business owners and portfolio leadership.
