Senior Affiliate manager

[компания] is an iGaming holding that combines its own product and affiliate marketing teams. We operate across Tier 1 markets and continue to expand our global presence. Over the last 1 year, we've built a lot from the ground up. We've launched new processes, tested ideas, learned from mistakes, hired great people, and continued moving forward at a fast pace. Today, we're scaling aggressively. This year, we're preparing a 70+ m² stand in Rome, building partnerships with some of the industry's top players, and launching ambitious projects across multiple markets. We're looking for a Senior Affiliate Manager who wants to grow together with us and make a direct impact on the business. What you'll be doing - Managing and growing partnerships across Tier 1 markets - Developing relationships with SEO, PPC affiliates - Negotiating commercial terms and partnership agreements - Identifying and onboarding new affiliate partners - Monitoring traffic quality, performance, and profitability - Working closely with Product, CRM, SEO and PPC teams to maximize results - Attending industry conferences and representing the company at networking events - Building long-term strategic partnerships that drive business growth What we're looking for - 3+ years of experience in Affiliate Management within iGaming - Proven experience working with Tier 1 markets - Strong background working with SEO, PPC traffic sources - Experience managing international affiliate partnerships - Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills - Experience attending industry conferences and developing partnerships - Fluent English (written and spoken) - Based in Europe What we offer - Opportunity to join a fast-growing iGaming holding at an exciting stage of expansion - Direct impact on business growth and strategic decisions - Fast decision-making processes and minimal bureaucracy - Access to major industry conferences and networking opportunities - Supportive team and leadership that value initiative and results - Competitive compensation package 📩 Ready for your next challenge?
