Hong Kong – Head of Engineering (C++ Low Latency Trading Infrastructure) Own the technical roadmap and lead a team building high‑performance exchange connectivity, market data processing, and algorithmic trading engines Drive low‑latency design decisions across multi‑asset classes: equity derivatives, delta one, ETFs, commodities, and crypto Partner closely with quants and traders to implement quoting, hedging, and arbitrage strategies that directly impact P&L Establish engineering best practices: rigorous code reviews, automated testing, and tier‑3 production support Mentor senior C++ engineers and foster a collaborative, intellectually curious culture What you bring: 8+ years of hands‑on C++ development on Linux (C++14/17 or newer) with deep low‑latency expertise Proven leadership experience on automated trading systems or exchange connectivity projects Strong command of multithreading, network socket programming, and distributed architecture Excellent analytical, communication, and English skills (Asian language a plus
