Supply Chain Planning Lead

Job Description: Develop and implement a comprehensive supply chain strategy, ensuring cost-effective logistics and alignment with manufacturing operations for heavy equipment production. Lead strategic sourcing initiatives, manage supplier relationships, and negotiate long-term contracts to optimize product value chains and reduce costs. Oversee warehousing, transportation, and distribution networks, continuously improving processes to enhance efficiency and mitigate risks. Ensure full compliance with local and international trade regulations for sourcing, import, and export operations. Collaborate with manufacturing and engineering teams to align production needs with supply chain activities and optimize workflows. Act as the primary liaison with headquarter, driving communication and ensuring integration of global supply chain strategies. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in industrial engineering, supply chain, logistics, or related fields. Strong knowledge of procurement systems, cost structures, and trade regulations. have 3-5 years experience in the same field. Expertise in supply chain design, strategic sourcing, and logistics optimization for domestic and international markets, particularly in heavy manufacturing or automotive industries. Proven negotiation and vendor management skills. Analytical and strategic problem-solving abilities. Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
