Analyze flow and campaign performance to identify what is working, what is not, and opportunities to improve customer engagement and business outcomes
Turn reporting into actionable insights and recommendations that inform lifecycle strategy, testing priorities, messaging, and channel decisions
Partner with Product, Growth, and Engineering teams to investigate data questions, validate source data, and improve understanding of the end-to-end customer data flow

Support analysis tied to subscription conversion, service adoption, plan upgrades, retention, churn reduction, and customer lifetime value
Create and maintain measurement approaches for lifecycle journeys, including cohort definitions, baseline performance, test design, and ongoing tracking
Help establish a consistent reporting and insights process so the team can learn from existing programs and optimize accordingly

5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, customer segmentation, lifecycle/CRM analytics, business intelligence, or a related field
Experience working with customer, behavioral, subscription, or product data to build cohorts and inform business decisions
Hands-on experience with reporting, dashboard development, performance analysis, and turning data into actionable recommendations
Experience with Klaviyo or a similar marketing automation platform
Working knowledge of SQL, Tableau, Amplitude, and data visualization; able to investigate data questions independently and communicate findings clearly
