Prefabricated Product Installation Engineer | Kempas

Company Background: A leading manufacturer of prefabricated modular data center solutions, specialize in the data center and power systems industry. Job Responsibilities Manage on-site production activities for prefabricated products by specialist subcontractors, and coordinate both internal and external resources, including construction equipment, transportation vehicles, access roads, and site logistics. Prepare material quantity take-offs based on approved shop drawings, manage material requisitions, and oversee inventory receipt, issuance, and warehouse control. Assist in managing lifting operations, vehicle coordination, and other site logistics related to prefabricated product installation. Assist in monitoring installation progress, tracking material deliveries, and supporting project close-out activities, including quantity verification and final account settlement. Coordinate and monitor the logistics and transportation of prefabricated products to ensure timely site delivery. Conduct periodic training for workers on installation procedures, safety requirements, and quality standards based on product manuals. Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by management and maintain accurate work records. Job Requirements Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation Engineering, Engineering Management, or a related discipline. Experience in project management and leading M&E installation teams. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and engineering drafting software, with strong documentation and report-writing skills. Hardworking, responsible, and committed, with strong communication skills. Able to communicate in basic English, follow management instructions, effectively supervise site workers Willing to travel extensively for long-term project assignments.
