Corporate Systems Project Manager, Ford Energy

The Opportunity As the Project Manager, Corporate Systems & Business Platforms, you will serve as an individual-contributor partner to the Head of Corporate Systems & Business Platforms, helping coordinate and drive the systems, processes, and initiatives that fall outside the core SAP and Salesforce delivery teams. It is a hands-on coordination and execution role for someone who thrives on influence without authority and getting things done across a fast-scaling, matrixed organization. You will be the connective tissue of the organization: turning ambiguity into scoped plans, driving cross-functional issues to closure, and ensuring decisions and commitments made by leadership are never dropped.
