AML Analyst (with German)

For one of our international client we are looking for AML Analyst with several years of professional experience , preferably in KYC/AML, and fluent German language skills. Work arrangement: Fully remote Daily tasks: - operational support for customer data remediation and updates within an AML project. - key responsibilities include reviewing customer documentation, identifying data gaps and inconsistencies, obtaining missing information, managing workflows, and reporting on progress and quality. Support services within the EU AML project for the operational execution of customer data remediation and update activities: Timely, quality-assured, and auditable processing of defined customer portfolios in accordance with the client's specifications and requirements Review of customer records for completeness, accuracy, currency, and plausibility Identification of data gaps, inconsistencies, and clarification requirements Support in the follow-up and collection of missing information and documentation Processing and documentation of cases within the prescribed systems, workflows, and procedures Monitoring of processing status, deadlines, open items, and escalations Execution of quality assurance activities in line with established standards and guidelines Preparation and maintenance of status reports, tracking lists, and management reporting Regular coordination with project management and relevant business units Delivery of services based on provided work instructions, process specifications, and quality standards No responsibility for policy decisions, regulatory interpretations, legally binding assessments, or technical system changes No assumption of final approval or decision-making authority where such responsibilities remain with the client Ensuring diligent, confidential, timely, and audit-compliant service delivery with full traceability Supporting the client in achieving project-related volume, quality, and timeline objectives Must have: AML, Analytical skills, German, KYC
