You will advise customers on how to apply the platform across their business. You will lead discovery conversations and strategic workshops, design solutions and rollout plans, deliver enablement, and guide customers from deal close to their first successful workflow. You will identify expansion opportunities, create reusable playbooks and assets, and share customer insights with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Marketing, and Support.
