Release Manager

Required skills: release management, JIRA / Confluence Location: Hybrid model – 1 day per week onsite at the client’s office in one of the following locations: Warsaw, Lodz, Gdansk, Wroclaw, Poznan, Cracow, Lublin, or Szczecin Salary: 110 – 120 PLN net/h (B2B via Experis) Responsibilities: • Plan and coordinate application releases across test and production environments. • Manage release schedules and oversee deployment activities. • Collaborate with development, testing, infrastructure, and business teams to ensure successful deliveries. • Manage deployment risks and coordinate Change Management processes. • Prepare and maintain release documentation, reports, and stakeholder communications. • Drive continuous improvements in Release Management and deployment processes. Requirements: • At least 3 years of experience in Release Management, software deployments, or Change Management. • Solid understanding of release, change, and software delivery lifecycle (SDLC) processes. • Hands-on experience coordinating deployments to test and production environments. • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, priorities, and parallel releases. • Familiarity with tools such as Jira and Confluence. • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. • Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments or within the financial sector.
