Key Responsibilities User Experience Design Design intuitive, user‑centric experiences for digital products. Translate business requirements into clear UX flows, wireframes, and prototypes. Ensure designs align with usability standards and best practices. User Research Conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability testing. Analyze qualitative and quantitative insights to inform design decisions. Present findings to stakeholders in Dutch. Stakeholder Management Communicate effectively with business, product, and technical stakeholders. Facilitate discussions, gather requirements, and align expectations. Present design concepts and rationale clearly and confidently. Required Skills & Competencies Essential Skills Proven experience in User Experience (UX) Design . Strong background in User Research .
