Junior Project Manager

Overview We are looking for a Junior Project Manager to join Group107 for our internal project. You will manage day-to-day delivery of a software project — keeping scope, timelines, and communication on track between the stakeholders and the development team. Location: Lviv (Hybrid). Responsibilities Plan and track project tasks, sprints, and milestones in Jira (or similar) Facilitate Scrum/Kanban ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives Act as a point of contact for the client on status updates, clarifications, and change requests Coordinate developers, QA, and designers to deliver on time and to requirements Identify risks, blockers, and dependencies early and escalate with proposed solutions Maintain project documentation: requirements, meeting notes, status reports, and change logs Prepare regular progress reports on scope, timeline, and budget for the client and internal stakeholders Required 0.5+ year of experience in project management or project coordination in IT / software development Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) Good knowledge of Jira and Confluence (or equivalent tracking and documentation tools) Basic understanding of web/mobile development and QA processes Upper-Intermediate English (B2+) — confident in client calls and written communication Strong organizational and time management skills Clear, structured communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders Proactive and self-motivated — takes ownership of tasks end-to-end Team player who learns quickly and handles shifting priorities calmly Nice to Have Familiarity with Miro, Figma, or other collaboration tools PM or Agile certification (Google PM, CAPM, PSM I, PRINCE2 Foundation) Exposure to AI-assisted tools for reporting or documentation What We Offer 20 vacation days (workdays) 7 sick days Personalized career growth Internal English classes Education reimbursement Corporate events and team buildings Equipment provided
