Senior Product Manager: Head Level

Senior Product Manager Responsibilities Build relationships with departments across team including operations, finance, sales and work closely with engineering, marketing and operations to scope and implement new features Set the product strategy, prioritize features, build consensus, and coordinate product schedules with a team of engineers and designers to ship high-quality experiences to internal teams. Lead the research and analysis of the landscape, customers, product metrics, and latest internet trends to identify and fill product gaps Generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth and conversion Write product specs, evaluate pros and cons and conduct what-if scenario analysis Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes. Conduct what-if/pros and cons analysis Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding Drive data-informed decisions by integrating user research, data analysis, and stakeholder feedback into product requirements, ensuring products satisfy user needs. Lead exploratory investigations to identify opportunities with new teams and develop hypotheses into concrete projects. Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes. Conduct what-if/pros and cons analysis Qualifications At least 5 years of experience as a product manager and / or project manager in a startup environment Solid technical background in SQL query and programming language such as Python and Java with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development Has strong skills on UI/UX Experiences with app management and improvements on android and IOS and google APK releases Extremely strong communication skills Ability to develop product and marketing strategies Excellent analytical and problem solving skills with strong intuition for user behavior Self-starter with strong project management skills to follow through on execution Fluency in English is a must
