Lamination Engineer

Responsible for the development and parameter optimization of processes such as vacuum adsorption, female mold forming, male mold forming, and manual lamination. Responsible for adhesive selection, adhesive parameter debugging, and verification and improvement of bonding strength. Analyze and resolve defects in the lamination process such as skin wrinkles, orange peel, insufficient adhesive, adhesive failure, and uneven edge wrapping. Participate in the development, proposal, and acceptance of lamination tooling, molds, and equipment, and optimize their efficiency and reliability. Responsible for process testing and application evaluation of new skin materials (PVC, TPU, genuine leather, fabric). Prepare and maintain documents such as standard operating instructions for lamination processes and adhesive operation instructions. Monitor the storage and usage conditions of raw materials such as adhesives and skins to ensure process stability. Conduct skills training for lamination operators to improve operational standardization and quality awareness.
