🚀 Business Assistant to Founder 🌎 US-Based Affiliate Marketing Company | Remote We’re looking for a 🔥 highly ambitious, proactive, and business-minded Business Assistant to work directly with the Founder of a growing US-focused affiliate marketing company. This is NOT a traditional assistant role. We’re looking for someone who wants to learn, grow, take ownership, and become a key person within the business. 💼 What you’ll do You’ll work closely with the Founder across business operations, research, communication, and project coordination. Your responsibilities will grow as you grow 🚀 - 🔎 Research markets, competitors, partners, and new business opportunities - 🤝 Communicate with clients, partners, contractors, and team members - 📊 Prepare reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and business materials - 📅 Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and important deadlines - ⚙️ Help organize and improve internal business processes - 📈 Assist with business development and partnership activities - 🧠 Research new affiliate opportunities, verticals, traffic sources, and potential partners - ✅ Track tasks and make sure nothing falls through the cracks - ⚡ Handle various ad-hoc business tasks and solve problems quickly 🧠 Who we’re looking for - 🚀 2+ years of professional experience as a Business Assistant, Project Manager, Operations Manager, or in a similar business role - 🔥 Highly ambitious, proactive, and business-minded with a strong sense of ownership - ⚡ Comfortable working independently, making decisions, and driving tasks forward without constant supervision - 🎯 Excellent organizational and project management skills with strong attention to detail - 🧠 Fast learner with the ability to quickly understand new industries, processes, and business needs - 💬 Fluent English with strong written and verbal communication skills - 📊 Confident working with spreadsheets, research, reporting, and modern business tools - 💡 Strong problem-solving skills and a “figure it out” mindset - 🌎 Experience in digital marketing, affiliate marketing, performance marketing, lead generation, or another digital business environment will be a strong plus - 📈 Eager to grow, take on more responsibility, and develop into a key business/operations role 🕐 Working Hours Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM — 5:00 PM Eastern Time (EST) 🎁 What we offer - 🌎 Work with a US-focused international company - 🚀 Direct exposure to affiliate & performance marketing - 🧠 Learn how a growing international business operates from the inside - 💼 Direct work with the Founder - 📈 Real opportunity to grow into a more senior business/operations role - 🔥 High level of responsibility and autonomy - 🏠 Fully remote position - 💰 Competitive compensation based on experience and potential If you’re ambitious, curious, proactive, and hungry to grow — we want to hear from you 🚀
