About the role We are looking for a German-speaking Technical Business Analyst to join a client-focused team supporting enterprise customers in the insurance sector. This role combines business analysis, technical understanding, client communication and close collaboration with development teams. You will work closely with German-speaking stakeholders, helping to analyse business needs, support solution development, and coordinate communication between business and technical teams. Your responsibilities Analyse business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions Collaborate closely with development teams on system enhancements and implementations Support enterprise clients in the usage and optimisation of the platform Coordinate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams Participate in workshops, meetings, and solution discussions with German-speaking clients Support system integrations, interfaces, and data-related topics Identify risks, blockers, and support task coordination within the team Contribute to the continuous improvement of the platform and client processes Technical environment Cloud-based and API-driven SaaS platform SQL / databases System integrations and interfaces Agile collaboration with distributed teams What’s on offer Stable long-term cooperation with a market-leading software company Opportunity to work on enterprise-scale insurance solutions used across the German market International working environment with German and Polish teams Flat organisational structure with direct collaboration and communication Opportunity to grow into a technical coordination / lead role Who we’re looking for Experience in a Technical Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, Functional Consultant, or similar role Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Technical understanding of software systems, databases, APIs, and integrations Ability to work in complex business and technical environments Experience in insurance, finance, enterprise software, SaaS, or consulting environments is a strong advantage Fluent German (minimum B2, spoken and written) Good English communication skills
