Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist

You will own recruitment operations and complex interview coordination across hiring pipelines. You will optimize the Ashby ATS, create recruiting dashboards and standard operating procedures, manage recruiting-tool vendors, audit data quality and privacy compliance, and support candidates throughout multi-stage interviews. You will coordinate travel, expenses, interview setups, onboarding handoffs, interviewer training, and stakeholder collaboration.
