[компания] is hiring an Implementation Consultant – Payroll to configure enterprise payroll functionality for clients in regulated environments, with a primary focus on payroll and exposure across the wider platform. You'll combine hands-on payroll and UK statutory expertise with technical configuration skills — and you'll be supported to broaden across the full product suite. This opportunity is a full-time, work-from-home opportunity based in UK , initially offered for a period of 12 months with the possibility of extension. What you'll do Configure payroll functionality, calculations, deductions, interfaces and reporting Apply UK payroll legislation and statutory requirements to system configuration Support HMRC PAYE tax calculations, RTI submissions and HMRC forms Balance and reconcile payroll runs, investigating and resolving variances Configure workflows, data maintenance screens, system interfaces, migrations and reports Gather client requirements and produce clear specifications Test, validate and sign off payroll outputs with clients Support releases, upgrades, documentation and client training Build credibility with internal teams and client stakeholders What you'll bring Core skills and experience Payroll industry experience UK payroll legislation and statutory knowledge Payroll calculations Ability to run and balance a payroll HMRC PAYE tax calculations, RTI submissions and HMRC forms Software implementation and system configuration T-SQL Microsoft SQL Server and SSMS XML High degree of numeracy Requirements gathering and specification writing Client communication and stakeholder management Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel Great to have Pension administration or financial services software UK pensions knowledge and pension calculations Pensioner payroll experience Accounting systems ASP.NET, VB.NET, C# or VBA APIs and system integration Azure, server migration and support HTML, XSLT or content management systems Training needs analysis Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT or a related field Beyond the technical skills You'll thrive here if you are: Precise and compliance-minded Deadline-driven and dependable through payroll cycles Consultative and calm under pressure Focused on automation and continuous improvement Ready to take ownership of payroll?
