Project Manager AI Sports Production (Pixellot Initiative)

Key Responsibilities  1. Project Planning & Execution  Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocation for the AI Sports Production rollout. Oversee installation, configuration, and testing of AI camera systems across designated sports venues. Coordinate cross-functionally with internal teams (Content, Marketing, IT) and external vendors (Pixellot or OEM partners).   2. Content & Operational Management  Ensure seamless integration of AI-generated sports content into the OTT platform. Supervise end-to-end content operations, including delivery, quality assurance, and metadata tagging for live and on-demand content. Continuously monitor and optimize workflows to improve efficiency, scalability, and production output.   3. Stakeholder Management  Liaise with sports leagues, schools, universities, and clubs to establish and manage live-coverage partnerships. Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors, technology partners, and internal stakeholders.   4. Budget & Resource Management  Manage and control project budgets, monitor spending, and ensure cost-effective execution. Identify, plan, and secure required resources, including technical staff and equipment.   5. Revenue & Business Model Execution Partner with Marketing and Sales teams to deploy monetization models (subscription, pay-per-view, sponsorship, advertising). Deliver analytics and reporting on audience engagement, content performance, and revenue outcomes.   6. Risk Management & Reporting  Identify potential project risks and develop appropriate mitigation strategies. Prepare and deliver regular progress reports, KPI updates, and executive-level dashboards.   Qualifications & Skills Minimum  - 5 years experience in project management, ideally within OTT, digital media, or live sports production. - Familiarity with AI-based production technologies (e.g., Pixellot) is highly advantageous. - Demonstrated success managing cross-functional teams and external vendors. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational capabilities. - Excellent communication skills in both Thai and English. - Core Competencies Strategic planning with strong execution mindset. - Ability to manage multiple high-pressure projects simultaneously. - Solid technical understanding of video production and OTT delivery workflows. - Strong commercial awareness with focus on revenue growth. - KPIs / Success Metrics Successful deployment and operation of AI Production Kits in pilot venues. - Timely delivery of live and on-demand sports content at expected quality standards. - Achievement of revenue targets for subscriptions, sponsorships, and advertising. Positive performance feedback from partners, internal teams, and end-users.
