Compliance Manager (Advice)

Our client, an established bank, is looking to recruit an experienced Compliance Manager within their London office, with hybrid working. The manager will work as part of the Compliance Team in delivering practical and clear guidance on how to effectively meet new and existing conduct regulatory requirements, and proactively help to ensure that the bank implements effective systems and controls and to escalate any material issues identified. Role Responsibilities: Acting as compliance representative on key business and regulatory projects and initiatives Providing advice and identifying potential solutions to issues as they arise Contributing to the development and maintenance of the regulatory and conduct risk frameworks, Compliance Universe, policies and procedures Contributing to the identification, assessment, communication, tracking and reporting of conduct regulatory change matters facing the business Qualifications and Experience Required: Previous experience in a compliance or conduct risk role within the financial service industry Detailed knowledge of the conduct and regulatory environment Thorough understating of conduct risk management and promoting good customer outcomes Detailed working and practical knowledge of the FCA handbooks and their application in practice Knowledge of retail banking and associated products is desirable Formal professional compliance qualifications and/or Ce-map 3 qualification are desirable Please find further job openings from Campion Pickworth at https://campionpickworth.com/vacancies/
