Senior IT Service & Governance Specialist

Required skills: DORA, Project Management Introduction & Summary: This role involves managing and supporting internal IT services while ensuring compliance with DORA requirements. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of DORA-related topics and significant experience in IT service management. You will be part of a strategic internal team providing essential IT services and tools, contributing to the company’s evolving infrastructure. Workload: Full-time Work model: Remote Business Travels: YES (business trips to Germany from time to time) Duration: 12 months + option for extension Main Responsibilities: Key responsibilities include oversight of internal IT operations and service provision. Act as the internal IT service provider Manage and own tools/configurations Serve as a gateway to management Execute internal IT services effectively Ensure compliance with DORA requirements around resilience and security Key Requirements Strong understanding of DORA and related topics Proven experience in internal IT service management Experience in managing IT tools/platforms Security awareness and compliance knowledge Ability to work independently and provide direction Strong communication skills Business-level proficiency in English Quick contributor with minimal onboarding time Nice to Have Experience in vulnerability management Background in penetration testing Familiarity with service desk operations
