ABOUT THE POSITION As a Senior Learning Program Manager, you will design and manage group training programs that strengthen the skills and knowledge of our game development teams, with a key focus on Producer Learning Programs and other Technical Learning Programs (e.g. Art and Game Development disciplines). Working closely with subject-matter experts, HR, division stakeholders, you will identify development needs, create practical learning solutions and project manage training activities across our global studios. You will also evaluate program effectiveness and continuously improve our training approach in line with evolving business needs, industry practices and game development trends.
