Senior Business Analyst

Qualification: Bachelors degree or higher in IT, MIS, Computer Science, or related field 4 years up of working experience preferably in Banking, Financial, and Leasing. Experience in IT application development Knowledge of business workflow, data flow diagram, and system specification. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication and presentation skills Proficiency in Thai and English speaking/writing Service-Minded Job Description: Gather requirements process from businesses and users. Interacting with end users on clarifying requirements and issues. Providing possibilities of the solutions /options for the issues encountered by end-users. Undertake end-to-end business workflow, data flow diagram, system/application specifications, and system design. Working with system analyst/ developers to access changes and implementations. Updating, implementing, and maintaining procedures.
