Senior Software Development Engineer ( Labs)

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Software Development Engineer (Labs) based in India. This role focuses on building the platform that enables engineering teams to release, test, and scale new capabilities safely. You will work across feature flags, staged rollouts, experimentation, and customer feedback systems serving a large global user base. The platform supports gradual feature enablement, targeted rollouts, real-time monitoring, and rapid rollback when issues arise. As an SDE-3, you will contribute across both frontend and backend development while influencing architecture and technical decisions. You will solve challenges involving high-throughput systems, scalable APIs, distributed services, and low-latency data access. The role offers significant ownership, close collaboration with product and design teams, and an opportunity to apply AI-assisted engineering practices throughout the development lifecycle.
