Project Manager

We’re looking for a Project Manager who’s great with people, obsessed with organization, and genuinely wants to do good work for good organizations. About the Role You’ll be leading website projects that are big, complex, and packed with moving parts — and people. You’ll be the calm in the chaos, the person everyone trusts to keep things on track, and the connector between clients and our internal team of strategists, designers and developers. Your day-to-day might include: Leading your team through website builds from kickoff to launch Managing scope, schedules, budgets, and client relationships Supporting ongoing projects and client requests Communicating clearly (and often) with your team and clients Using tools like Basecamp, Google Workspace, Forecast, Zendesk, and Notion to keep everything humming Reporting on account health to the leadership team You’ll Thrive Here If You: Love design, tech, and smart digital experiences Get a kick out of organization and collaboration Like working in a smaller agency where your voice matters Have a great sense of humor and a positive attitude Are a strong communicator - written and verbal Know how to juggle multiple projects without dropping the ball Take responsibility seriously, but not yourself Are a self starter and enjoy creative problem solving Enjoy a good meeting (seriously, we like meetings) Bonus points if you’ve worked with higher ed, cultural institutions, or nonprofits!
