Accounting Manager (manufacturing)

Key Responsibilities Oversee the accurate preparation of financial statements in compliance with accounting standards Manage daily accounting operations including general ledger, reconciliations, and month-end closing Ensure compliance with accounting regulations, tax requirements, and internal policies Strengthen internal controls to ensure data accuracy and risk prevention Coordinate annual audits and liaise with external auditors Prepare financial reports and provide meaningful insights to management Drive process improvements and enhance accounting efficiency through digitalization and system optimization Support SAP implementation projects and related finance process improvements Collaborate with regional and international stakeholders to ensure proper accounting practices across operations Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related fields Minimum 3–5 years of accounting experience in an international or multinational environment Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and accounting processes Experience in manufacturing industry is highly preferred Familiarity with SAP or ERP systems is an advantage Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams Good command of English communication
