Задачи: Develop a proprietary cloud platform for physical inventory management; Design and evolve production systems; Own data, reliability, and technical decisions; Formulate tasks, provide context, decompose work, review AI-generated code, and validate outputs; Analyze system load, failures, and incidents; Deliver end-to-end features with incomplete requirements; Use Git, code review, and CI/CD practices; Implement access control, logging, and metrics. Требования: Strong backend engineering experience and ability to work independently; Strong SQL and data modeling skills; Good understanding of transactions, concurrent updates, idempotent operations, APIs, asynchronous processing, system load, and failure analysis; Hands-on experience with Codex, Claude Code, Cursor, or similar AI coding tools; Strong testing and production engineering practices; Experience with Node.js, TypeScript, NestJS, or Python; React experience for full-stack profiles; Proficiency in both backend stacks is not required; Nice to have: offline-first applications or mobile synchronization, handheld barcode scanners, retail, WMS, logistics, ERP integrations, event ingestion, queues or asynchronous systems, billing or payment systems, live dashboards, load and performance testing.
