Proficiency in one or more modern backend programming languages, such as Java, Kotlin, or similar . Experience building and operating large-scale, high-performance, and resilient systems. Excellent communication and collaboration skills in English, with the ability to work effectively across teams. Curiosity and a willingness to learn, adapt, and take on new challenges.
