Job Highlights International Charitable Non-Profit Organization Project Management and Project Operations Competitive Remuneration Package Job Responsibilities: Lead and oversee the day-to-day implementation of field projects, ensuring activities are delivered efficiently and in accordance with project objectives and organizational standards Plan, coordinate and implement health related programs and initiatives to achieve project objectives Serve as the primary on site focal point and coordinate closely with medical teams, provincial hospitals, local authorities, volunteers, and community partners to ensure smooth project operations Supervise and guide project staff and volunteers, ensuring duties are carried out effectively and in compliance with established procedures and requirements Manage patient services and volunteer arrangements, ensuring effective patient flow, accurate documentation, and proper maintenance of project records Monitor project progress, identify operational challenges, and take appropriate actions to ensure the successful delivery of project activities Coordinate logistics, schedules, and resource deployment to support the effective operation of medical outreach and field activities Build and maintain strong working relationships with local counterparts, hospitals, government agencies, and community stakeholders Other duties as assigned by Project Country Director & Senior Field Office Coordinator Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Medicine, Public Health, Healthcare Management or other relevant disciplines. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in public health, healthcare, humanitarian, NGO, community development, or field project management. Experience in hospital administration or medical outreach programs is an advantage. Fluent in spoken Lao, and English Self-motivated with excellent communication and interpersonal skills Team player with strong sense of responsibility Willing to station in project sites in Lao PDR (Accommodation is provided) Immediate availability is preferred
