The retailer relationships already exist. The opportunity is about elevating how the business grows those accounts commercially. They are evolving towards a more strategic, FMCG-style model with stronger joint business planning, sharper propositions, better use of data and more disciplined account development across major national customers. The successful person will play a visible role in shaping commercial strategy, influencing how major retail partnerships are developed and helping raise the level of the wider sales function. You'll work closely with senior leadership in a business that wants bigger thinking, stronger execution and a more modern approach to national accounts.
