HR Assistant Manager

WE ARE HIRING: HR Assistant Manager Location: Katunayake, Sri Lanka (On-site) Employment Type: Full-time Company Industry: Manufacturing / Export Processing & Industrial Operations Role Overview We are looking for a dynamic and motivated HR Assistant Manager to manage end-to-end human resources operations within a factory and export processing environment. This role focuses on recruitment, employee records, payroll administration, employee relations, and ensuring full compliance with Sri Lankan labour laws and BOI regulations. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Maintain and update employee records in compliance with company policies and labour regulations. Handle payroll processing, attendance monitoring, and leave management. Develop, implement, and monitor HR policies and procedures. Manage employee relations, disciplinary matters, grievance handling, and conflict resolution. Ensure full compliance with Sri Lankan labour laws, BOI regulations, and internal company standards. Qualifications & Experience Educational Qualifications Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience 12+ years of HR experience in a factory or industrial environment. Prior experience within a BOI / Export Processing Zone environment will be an added advantage. Skills & Other Requirements Strong knowledge of Sri Lankan labour laws and HR best practices. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
