Join the team at [компания] as AI Engineer About [компания] [компания] (Nasdaq: BOT) is on a mission to become the leading public investment vehicle for robotics. We provide investors with access to what we believe are the most transformative companies in robotics, many of which remain private and inaccessible through traditional public markets. [компания] offers strategic, actively managed exposure to the long-term leaders of the category. [компания] is managed by FP Strategies, its investment advisor. This position is employed by FP Strategies. More about us: www.[компания].co Role Overview We are seeking an AI Engineer to help make [компания] one of the most AI-native investment firms in the market. You will build and deploy the AI tools, agents and automated workflows that change how every team at the firm works, from investment research and diligence to distribution, marketing and operations. This is a builder’s role with firm-wide scope. You will find where AI can create the most leverage, ship working tools quickly, and make sure the team adopts them. You will also keep us ahead of a fast-moving field, testing new models and tools as they emerge and bringing forward the ones worth using. What You’ll Do Build AI tools and agents. Design, build and deploy internal tools and agentic workflows that automate research, diligence, reporting, content and operations. Find the highest-leverage opportunities. Work with each team to understand how it operates, identify where AI can save the most time or create the most value, and prioritize accordingly. Champion AI adoption. Train the team, document what you build, and make AI part of how the firm works every day. Stay ahead of the field. Track new models, tools and techniques, test them quickly, and recommend what we should adopt and what we should ignore. Connect our systems. Integrate our data sources, CRM and internal platforms so that tools and agents work from accurate, up-to-date information. Operate within a regulated framework. Build with appropriate safeguards for sensitive investor and portfolio data, and partner with compliance on how AI is used at a listed fund. Core Qualifications 2 to 5 years of experience in software engineering, applied AI or a similar technical role, or an equivalent record of work you have built independently. Strong Python and hands-on experience building with LLM APIs, agent frameworks and AI coding tools. A portfolio of AI tools or products you have built and shipped that you can walk us through in depth. Experience integrating APIs and data sources, and comfort with modern data and cloud infrastructure. Clear communication, with the ability to explain technical work to non-technical colleagues and teach them to use it. Experience at an AI startup or on a fast-moving technical team is a plus. A finance background is not required. Ideal Candidate Profile Deeply AI-native, and consistently among the first to try new tools. Exceptionally capable, with a record of applying that ability to real problems. Does not wait to be told what to build, and sees opportunities that others miss. A restless shipper who puts working versions in front of users early and keeps improving them. Pragmatic about what AI can and cannot do, and rigorous about checking its output. Wants to grow quickly with a young firm and take on more as our AI capability expands. Curious about robotics and how capital markets work, and eager to learn both. Logistics Reports to: Chief Operating Officer, working closely with the Chief Executive Officer. Location: Remote (U.S.). Application: Please include links to the work that best demonstrates your abilities.
