WE ARE HIRING: Business Analyst – COO Office Company Industry: Legal Services / Property Law Location: Colombo, Sri Lanka (On-site) Employment Type: Full-time Working time- 11.30 am to 7.30 pm ( UK working hours) Role Overview The Business Analyst – COO Office plays a central role in driving operational excellence and strategic execution across the organization. This position acts as a key analytical and coordination link between the COO Office, Business Analytics teams, and cross-functional departments. The role involves developing a deep understanding of end-to-end business operations, analyzing processes, supporting high-impact initiatives, and delivering actionable insights to support executive decision-making. Key Responsibilities Develop a strong understanding of operations, systems, workflows, and key business drivers to support strategic alignment Work closely with the COO Office and cross-functional teams to coordinate priorities, remove barriers, and support business growth initiatives Facilitate structured meetings and maintain clear documentation including action logs and follow-up trackers to ensure accountability Manage, validate, and analyze data to support reporting, insights, and decision-making, including collaboration on dashboards where required Review business processes, identify inefficiencies, and support the implementation of practical improvements Own and support projects including system enhancements, automation initiatives, new product development, and operational improvement initiatives Provide analytical, administrative, and coordination support to senior stakeholders, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and timely delivery Qualifications & Experience Educational Qualifications Bachelors Degree in Business Administration , Management , Finance , Economics , Operations Management , or Information Systems OR Degree in Computer Science , Data Analytics , or Engineering with strong business exposure Skills & Competencies Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent documentation, coordination, and stakeholder management abilities Ability to translate data and analysis into actionable business insights High attention to detail with strong business acumen Ability to work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams Ready to Take Your Career to New Heights?
