This leadership role requires strong strategic thinking, operational expertise, and cross-functional coordination capabilities. The successful candidate will drive planning excellence, ensure optimal capacity utilization, and maintain high service levels aligned with customer expectations and operational standards. Key Responsibilities Strategic Planning & Operational Leadership Lead the development and execution of production planning strategies. Oversee production scheduling, routing, and capacity planning to ensure efficient resource utilization. Align planning processes with business objectives and customer delivery requirements. . Qualifications & Experience Bachelors Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Statistics, or a related discipline. Minimum 5–8 years of progressive experience in production planning within a manufacturing or industrial environment. Proven leadership experience managing teams in a fast-paced production setting. Strong exposure to ERP systems and advanced MS Office skills. Excellent analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving abilities. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
