ERP Delivery Manager

Requirements: Experience in ERP systems, with significant exposure to ERP implementation projects (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics); Proven experience in managing large-scale ERP projects, preferably implementation projects; In-depth understanding of any of ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc; Fluent English (B2+); Strong leadership abilities to manage cross-functional teams and guide them through complex projects; Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with stakeholders, vendors, and team members; Ability to anticipate issues and develop proactive solutions; Experience in managing client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction; Expertise in leading change management efforts during ERP implementation to ensure smooth adoption by users. Responsibilities: Support sales manager on presale phase by exposing expertise and preparing demo for potential clients; Define project scope, goals, and deliverables; develop full-scale project plans and associated communication documents; Identify and manage project resources, both internal and external, including staff, vendors, and consultants; Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget; Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies; Ensure that project deliverables meet the required quality standards and are aligned with business objectives; Maintain regular communication with stakeholders, providing updates on project progress, risks, and issues. Nice to have: Bachelor's Degree in IT/Computer Science, Business Administration or related field; ERP Certification would be a plus; Spoken German (B1 or higher) would be a big plus.
