QA Engineer - AI

My client, a leader in Hong Kong's financial services landscape is embarking on a exciting journey to simplify and transform their business and IT landscape through a multi-year digitalization program. They are expanding the Digital, Data, and AI teams, and are currently seeking a QA Engineer to join them. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement detailed test plans and cases for AI systems and web applications, including chatbots. Create, maintain, and execute both automated and manual test scripts to assess system functionality. Identify and document defects, working closely with development teams to resolve issues and enhance system quality. Conduct various testing types, such as performance, functional, and regression, to ensure a seamless user experience across platforms. Skills and Experience for success: Bachelors degree in Information Systems, IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. At least 4 years of experience in quality assurance, particularly with AI or machine learning systems. Strong knowledge of machine learning principles, natural language processing, and AI model performance metrics. Proficient in web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and experienced with test automation tools like Selenium and Postman.
